We’re looking for a Field Care Supervisor (in/at Location) who is passionate about

What we’re looking for
You’ll be someone who enjoys connecting with people and
supporting
others to do their best work.
- Experience in social care at a supervisory level
- A well-organised, self-motivated approach
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, including on-call duties
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK
A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor
As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be a key point of
support
for both clients and care staff. You’ll spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and ensuring everyone feels
confident,
supported
, and able to deliver high-quality care.
In this role, you will:
- Carry out care assessments and regular reviews
- Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients

Support
and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision
- Help foster a culture where people
feel
comfortable raising concerns and
sharing
ideas
- Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld
You’ll also take part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working required.
