We’re looking for a Field Care Supervisor in New Milton, who is passionate about

What we’re looking for
You’ll be someone who enjoys connecting with people and
supporting
others to do their best work. You’ll also need:
- Experience in social care at a supervisory level, or looking to progress to a supervisory level.
- Ideally, but not essential, Level 2 NVQ in Health and social care.
- A well-organised, self-motivated approach
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, including on-call duties
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK
A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor
As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be a
supportive
point of contact for both clients and care staff. You’ll spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and making sure everyone feels
supported and
confident
in the care they provide.
You’ll carry out:
- Care assessments and reviews
- monitor wellbeing and safety
-
Support
staff through guidance and regular supervisions
- Help create a culture where people
feel
comfortable raising concerns and
sharing
ideas
- Ensure safeguarding and safety standards are always maintained
The role also includes taking part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working when required.
