This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded engineer with strong fault-finding skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing a variety of business-critical technologies while building strong relationships with customers across your designated territory.

Field Service Engineer Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of printers, multifunction devices, photocopiers and associated technologies
- Install, configure, and commission new equipment at customer sites
- Carry out maintenance visits to maximise equipment performance and reliability
- Provide guidance and basic training on equipment use when needed
- Manage service calls in line with agreed service level agreements and response targets
- Maintain accurate service records and job reports
- Liaise with the internal service and technical support teams to ensure successful resolution of customer issues
- Manage parts and ensure faulty parts are returned
- Identify potential issues and highlight these to customers and colleagues
- Represent the business professionally and maintain excellent customer relationships
Field Service Engineer Skills and Experience:
- Previous field service engineering experience, with particular experience in supporting printers, multifunctional devices, and scanners
- Experienced in working within a service-led environment to SLA targets
- Demonstrates a good understanding of networking, connectivity and software troubleshooting
- Naturally solutions-focused, with strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Superb organisation skills, able to work independently and manage own workload
- Holds a full UK driving licence
