Now in our third generation, we’re investing in growth, modernisation and strengthening our field
engineering team to support an expanding customer base across the south. We’re looking for a
skilled, motivated, and forward-thinking Field Service Engineer to join our team and be part of our
journey. This is an ideal role also for candidates based in Reading, Newbury, Farnborough, Guildford
and Bracknell etc.

Key responsibilities as Field Service Engineer:
- Service, maintain and repair a wide variety of forklift trucks and material handling
equipment. - Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
- Respond to breakdowns and keep customer downtime to a minimum
- Build strong relationships with customers through reliable, professional service
What we’re looking for in a Field Service Engineer:
- Strong experience in field based mechanical and/or electrical engineering role, ideally within
forklifts. - Thorough Examination (LOLER & PUWER) Certification highly desirable.
- A self-motivated engineer with strong diagnostic, fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds) are beneficial but experience and attitude matter most.
- Must hold a valid UK driver’s licence.
