School Administration / Finance Administrator required for an ongoing temporary assignment to start in September 2026

- Working Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm
We are seeking a highly capable candidate to join our team, supporting our school operations 5 days per week during term time, starting from September. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in school environments and finance.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Cover reception duties for 3 days per week, providing a welcoming and efficient front-of-house service.
- Spend the remaining 2 days per week as a Finance Assistant, handling various financial tasks and responsibilities.
- Utilise school-specific systems such as School Money, T2P, Arbor Finance, and Arbor MIS to manage and organise financial and administrative tasks effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience working within a school environment is essential.
- Strong finance experience.
- Proficiency in using school-specific systems such as School Money, T2P, Arbor Finance, and Arbor MIS.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Additional Information:
- Please note, there is no parking available on site.
- The nearest tube station is Mile End.
