As a Finance Administration Assistant, you will play an important role within the finance team, supporting the accurate and timely processing of timesheets while assisting the wider business with a range of administrative and data entry activities. Responsibilities will include processing and validating employee timesheets, ensuring all data is accurately entered onto internal systems. You will be expected to maintain and update financial and employee records, support with invoice and payroll administration and ensuring all information is processed in line with company procedures and deadlines. Skills Required:
- Previous experience within a finance administration, payroll administration, or general administration role is essential, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience processing timesheets and carrying out high-volume data entry with excellent levels of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage professionally with internal stakeholders and external providers.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Excel and finance, payroll, or timesheet systems, would be advantageous.
