Must have’s

  • Previous experience within client administration or finance administration
  • Intermediate or above knowledge of Xero
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience reconciling accounts
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive, proactive and team-focused approach

Nice to have’s

  • Experience working within a financial or collections environment
  • Confidence learning new in-house systems quickly
  • Previous experience supporting or coordinating team workloads

So, what will you be doing?

  • Managing daily cash listings and banking administration
  • Supporting sales and purchase ledger processes
  • Completing bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently
  • Assisting with month-end sales ledger procedures
  • Processing client transfers and file uploads
  • Handling DSAR requests
  • Coordinating and delegating tasks across the team
  • Supporting with ad hoc administrative duties as required
  • Managing workloads effectively within a busy office environment
  • Ensuring records and financial information are maintained accurately

Helpful extras

  • Experience working within a regulated or compliance-focused environment would be advantageous
  • Successful candidates will be subject to DBS and credit checks due to the nature of the business
