Finance Analyst
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a growing FMCG business who are seeking a Finance Analyst to join their team to take over complex reconciliations and reporting across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual store reconciliations.
- Prepare client reconciliation reports.
- Maintain reconciliation records and supporting documentation.
- Investigate and resolve transaction variances.
- Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of store activity.
- Manage and reconcile client escrow and prepaid funds with Finance.
- Monitor escrow balances and reporting.
- Work with Operations to raise accurate warehouse billing.
- Work with Store Development to raise accurate platform charge billing.
- Present financial information clearly and professionally.
Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified or finalist.
- Experience handling complex reconciliations
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and complex reconciliation workbooks
- Inventory accounting experience
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Salary + Other information
- Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
- Paying £50,000 to £55,000
- Based a short walk from Royal Oak Station
