Description
- Process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

- Assist with bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Support month-end and year-end financial reporting activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Provide support for budget tracking and expense management.
- Respond to internal and external queries regarding financial matters.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by the Accounting & Finance department.
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
- A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the FMCG sector is advantageous.
