As a Finance Assistant, you will:
- Reconcile payments, invoices, income, and receipts, and enter data into accounting software.
- Create and perform supplier payment runs.
- Monitor, reconcile, and report on employee expenses.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Verify company expenses, bank deposits, and payments.
- Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations.
- Liaise with internal departments to support financial processes.
