Working closely with the wider finance team, you'll gain exposure to a variety of accounting processes and have the opportunity to play an active role in improving systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase invoices, expenses and ensuring accurate ledger coding
- Managing supplier payments and ad-hoc transactions via online banking
- Raising and processing sales invoices
- Assisting with cash flow forecasting activities
- Preparing monthly accruals and prepayments journals
- Performing intercompany reconciliations
- Supporting month-end and year-end financial reconciliations
- Completing bank and company card reconciliations
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency across the finance function
