We're partnering with an international business that's looking to strengthen its commercial finance team with the appointment of a Finance Business Partner.

This isn't a traditional FP&A role where you'll spend your time producing reports. Instead, you'll become a trusted partner to senior commercial stakeholders, helping them understand performance, identify opportunities, challenge decisions and ultimately drive better business outcomes.

About the Role

Working as part of an established FP&A function, you'll support multiple markets across the region, partnering with both commercial and finance teams to provide meaningful insight and help shape key business decisions.

You'll be responsible for:

• Partnering with senior commercial stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Leading budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities.
• Providing commercial insight around sales, profitability and business performance.
• Supporting pricing decisions, tenders and investment cases through financial analysis.
• Challenging assumptions, identifying risks and highlighting opportunities.
• Presenting financial information in a clear, commercial and actionable way.
• Building strong relationships across finance and the wider business.
• Supporting continuous improvements across reporting, planning and decision-making processes.

This is a highly visible position where you'll have genuine exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence commercial strategy on a daily basis.

About You

We're looking for someone who has already made the move beyond pure reporting and has real commercial finance experience.

You'll probably be operating as a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance Manager, Senior FP&A Analyst or FP&A Manager with experience supporting stakeholders across the business.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys partnering with the business rather than sitting behind a spreadsheet.

Wish List

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Strong FP&A background with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Previous commercial finance or finance business partnering experience.
• Comfortable influencing and challenging senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting commercial teams with business decisions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful insight.
• Experience within a complex, multi-site or international business would be beneficial.
• Exposure to Power BI or OneStream would be advantageous but isn't essential.
