The Finance Business Partner will support strategic decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis and partnering with key stakeholders. This role is based in Berkshire within a growing B2B business. The role is purely revenue side focused, not cost so, experience of partnering with sales / accountant management is essential.

Description
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Pricing and customer contract compilation.
- Partner with and challenge commercial teams to drive revenue, margin and profitability.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage budgets, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Support forecasting processes and ensure accurate predictions.
- Identify revenue maximisation opportunities.
- Drive customer retention and new client acquisition.
Profile
The successful Finance Business Partner will have:
- Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in financial planning, reporting, and partnering with stakeholders. Specifically on the revenue side – sales, revenue, margin and profit focus. You will have partnered with sales and account managers.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from £80,000 to £90,000 per annum.
