The Opportunity
Reporting into the Head of Finance, you'll become a trusted Finance Business Partner, providing commercial insight and financial support across multiple business areas.
Your role will include:
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to influence decision making.
- Budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
- Producing meaningful financial analysis and performance reporting.
- Supporting business cases and investment decisions.
- Financial modelling and scenario analysis.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
- Helping develop a culture of financial accountability across the organisation.
About You
You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) who enjoys building relationships and making an impact beyond the numbers. You'll bring:
- Strong business partnering experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness and analytical thinking.
- Experience of budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
- A proactive approach with a genuine desire to add value.
