Finance Business Partner | Outskirts of Maidstone | Paying £50k – £52k DOE
Are you an analytical, forward-thinking finance professional looking to play a key role in driving performance and supporting strategic decision-making? We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our client’s successful finance team.
As Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with both Finance and operational teams to deliver timely, accurate reporting and help shape future financial performance. You will take ownership of monthly management accounts, forecasts, budgeting cycles and analysis, while providing meaningful commentary to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Produce accurate and timely management accounts with clear and insightful commentary.

Deliver regular forecasts and collaborate with managers to develop and challenge assumptions.

Prepare detailed annual budgets for designated areas of the organisation.

Support balance sheet reconciliations and year-end processes.

Provide actionable financial insights to support operational decisions.

Identify risks, opportunities and performance trends, communicating these clearly across teams.

Prepare financial evaluations for internal projects

Support development of pricing models and analysis of cost and margin movements.
The Ideal Candidate

This role would suit someonepart-qualified (ACCA/CIMA), or with equivalent experience.

Strong Excel skills and experience using financial or reporting systems.

Excellent communicator, able to explain financial information to both finance and non-finance audiences.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large data sets.

High attention to detail and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
