I'm hiring a Finance Data & Insights Consultant to join a leading UK financial services organisation on a 12-month FTC.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sitting at the intersection of finance, data, and business decision-making – turning data into insight that directly influences strategy and performance.
Up to £55,000
12-Month FTC
Stratford-upon-Avon – Hybrid (up to 80% remote)
The role
You'll play a key role within the finance function, supporting:
- Finance partnering and planning processes
- Performance analysis and forecasting
- Data-driven decision-making across the business
This is a hands-on analytical role with strong stakeholder exposure, where you'll be translating complex data into clear, actionable insight.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver data-driven insight to support business performance and strategy
- Build and develop forecasting models and performance analysis
- Support planning and reforecasting processes across the business
- Develop and improve reporting and dashboards
- Work closely with finance and non-finance stakeholders to interpret data and shape decisions
- Contribute to automation, data platform improvements, and process optimisation
- Support knowledge sharing and help build capability across the team
What you bringMust-haves
- Strong experience in data analysis and insight delivery
- Experience using tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI or similar
- Experience building forecasting models and performance reporting
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insight
- Strong stakeholder engagement – comfortable working across finance and business teams
Nice to have
- Experience in FP&A, finance analytics, or commercial finance
- Experience working in regulated or corporate environments
- Experience supporting process improvements or automation initiatives
