Chalk Hill Group has an immediate requirement has for an experienced Interim Finance Director to join a profitable, private equity-backed SME business based in North London.
This is a critical leadership appointment supporting the business through a significant carve-out, requiring a commercially astute finance leader who can add value from day one.
The Role
- Lead the finance function through a complex carve-out process
- Partner closely with the CEO, Board and PE investors
- Provide strategic and operational financial leadership
- Drive robust financial controls, reporting and governance throughout the transition
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Interim Finance Director within PE-backed businesses
- Demonstrable track record of leading carve-outs or business separations
- Strong stakeholder management with investors, lenders and senior executives
- Hands-on approach with the ability to operate at pace
Package:
- £550-650 per day, outside IR35
- North London
- 3 days per week on-site
- Immediate start – candidates must be available on 1–2 weeks' notice
