Finance Manager, Cramlington, £Competitive, Hybrid working
Nigel Wright have been appointed to support a superb organisation who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager.
The Role
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Owning the monthly management accounts process, delivering accurate and insightful reporting
- Providing meaningful analysis and commentary to support decision-making
- Partnering with non-finance stakeholders to improve performance and drive efficiencies
- Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles, adding challenge where needed
- Managing cashflow, working capital, and strengthening financial controls
- Supporting and developing junior team members
Background
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
Experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant role
Strong commercial awareness with the confidence to influence at senior level
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Clear communicator who can translate financial insight into actionable outcomes
