A growing business is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to take full ownership of the finance function. This is a key role within the business, offering real responsibility and the opportunity to shape and improve financial processes in a less structured, fast-moving environment.
Opportunity
This role is suited to someone who enjoys operating in a broad, end-to-end finance position, with responsibility for delivering accurate reporting, strong financial control, and meaningful insight to support operational decision-making.
You will work closely with senior leadership and play a pivotal role in strengthening the finance function during a period of change and growth.

- Monthly management accounts
- Budget, forecasts and analysis
- Business partnering
- Month-end and year-end
- Cost accounting
- Financial control
