KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this exceptional organisation on the outskirts of Newcastle to recruit a Finance Manager, to work alongside the FD. Your duties will be as follows:
- Responsible for the monthly management accounts process with full commentary
- Managing the P & L and balance sheet
- Responsible for financial reporting, working capital and cash flow forecasts
- Producing and analysing KPIs to assist with cost control
- Working with senior managers to improve performance and efficiency
- Partnering with budget holder to deliver financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Assisting with year-end accounts
- Managing a small team
You will be a qualified Accountant or have experience in a senior financial role. The ability to work alone, as well as collaboratively is essential. Strong IT skills, particularly Excel are a pre-requisite.
