This is a key leadership role within the UK business, offering a broad and commercially focused remit. You'll take ownership of the finance function locally, working closely with senior stakeholders while also liaising with the wider international group.

Description
- Full ownership of the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Preparation and presentation of management accounts with clear commentary and insights
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decision-making
- Business partnering with operational and commercial teams to drive performance and profitability
- Cash flow management and oversight of working capital
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and group reporting requirements
- Acting as the key point of contact for auditors and external advisors
- Leading and developing finance processes, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting senior leadership with strategic planning and financial analysis
Profile
- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or QBE)
- Proven experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in standard costing and cost control methodologies
- Strategic thinker with a commercially focused mindset, able to influence decision-making and drive business performance
Job Offer
- A competitive salary between £60,000 and £70,000 per annum.
