Delighted to be once more working with this exciting, high growth business in their search for a talented Finance Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting strategic decisions, and driving continuous improvements as the business scales.

Working closely with the Head of Finance, you'll take ownership of key financial processes, partner with stakeholders across the organisation, and contribute to exciting initiatives such as system enhancements and acquisition integration.

Key responsibilities will be to :

  • Own management accounting processes for multiple group entities, including international operations
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting across the group
  • Manage and develop the inhouse finance team
  • Support year-end close, including reconciliations and audit preparation
  • Contribute to statutory reporting and audit processes
  • Assist with tax compliance (VAT, sales tax, and regulatory filings)
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (auditors, banks, advisors)
  • Deliver cashflow forecasting and reporting
  • Drive process improvements and system enhancements
  • Support M&A activity and acquisition integration
  • Strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures

Ideally you will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with a strong background in management accounts, budgeting, and possibly audit. International accounting experience is preferred, along with experience of working in a PE or VC backed business.
