Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and financial support.
- Produce accurate monthly management accounts and performance reporting.
- Deliver meaningful analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting and planning processes.
- Monitor financial performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
- Challenge and support operational teams to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Develop financial models and business cases for new projects and investments.
- Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting.
- Support and develop members of the finance team.
- Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with company policies.
Key Criteria:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Previous experience operating within a Finance Manager or similar commercial finance position.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial information.
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Proactive, ambitious and keen to develop within a growing organisation.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience using ERP systems.
