JHE & Partners are delighted to be working with an exciting business in Skipton as they look to recruit an experienced Finance Manager to join their finance team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a growing company who already have a market leading reputation. With growth plans already in action, this is a brilliant time to join them and have a direct impact on how the company navigate this interesting and exciting chapter.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the finance team with key responsibilities including:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts pack, working closely with the FC
- Balance sheet, P&L, cashflow and variance analysis against budget
- Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Reviewing cost analysis and preparation of reports for the senior leadership team to influence commercial/strategic decision making
- Oversee the Assistant Accountant and support the transactional finance team as required
- Be involved in a variety of projects across the business
About you….
- Applicants must have advanced Excel skills
- A desire to improve systems and processes
- The ability to communicate with stakeholders across the business is essential
- Hold an accountancy qualification or be qualified by experience
