Description
- Manage the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Supervise and guide the accounting team to maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations and processes.
- Monitor and manage company cash flow effectively.
- Liaise with external auditors and stakeholders as required.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A professional accounting qualification, such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
- Proven experience in a similar finance role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a finance team effectively.
