Description

  • Manage the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Supervise and guide the accounting team to maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations and processes.
  • Monitor and manage company cash flow effectively.
  • Liaise with external auditors and stakeholders as required.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification, such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
  • Proven experience in a similar finance role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a finance team effectively.
