Rate: £200 – £225 per day

Venn Group are working with a well-established charity organisation to recruit an experienced Finance Manager to provide interim support and lead key finance improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end purchase-to-pay process
- Lead and support the Purchasing Team and Finance Officer
- Monitor compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Identify opportunities to improve finance systems, processes, and workflows
- Make recommendations for system and process enhancements and lead implementation of approved changes
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to improve efficiency and financial control
- Support finance operations with ad hoc project work as required
- Ensure accurate financial processing and reporting in line with charity sector requirements
Key Requirements
- Previous experience working within a charity finance environment
- Strong understanding of charity accounting processes, including partial exemption VAT
- Proven experience managing staff within a finance function
- Strong understanding of purchase-to-pay and Accounts Payable processes
- Confident using finance systems and adapting to new technology
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
