Sharp Consultancy are partnering with a well-established engineering and infrastructure business in Doncaster who are looking to appoint a Finance Manager to strengthen their finance function.
This is a key role within a growing, project-led organisation where you will take ownership of financial reporting, support commercial decision-making, and work closely with both finance and operational teams to drive performance and improve processes.
The Role
- Ownership of monthly management accounts and month-end process
- Preparation of journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Production of KPI and performance reporting
- Cash flow monitoring and financial controls
- Business partnering with operational and project teams
- Supporting process and reporting improvements
About You
- Experience producing management accounts and month-end reporting
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Confident communicator who can partner with non-finance teams
- Proactive and commercially minded approach
- Applications welcome from:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or part-qualified
- AAT qualified with experience
- QBE candidates with relevant management accounts experience
