Italian Speaking Finance & Supply Assistant

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business that is investing in its European growth strategy, with Italy playing a key role in its future plans. As a result, a newly created opportunity has arisen for an Italian Speaking Finance & Supply Assistant to support both finance and operational activities across the business.
This is a varied position offering exposure to finance, supply chain, customer service and international stakeholder management, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple functions.
The Role
As the Italian Speaking Finance & Supply Assistant you will be working closely with finance, operations and sales teams, you'll support the day-to-day activities of a growing European operation.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer and supplier invoicing processes.
- Supporting finance administration activities.
- Liaising with Italian customers, suppliers and sales teams.
- Assisting with order processing and invoicing queries.
- Supporting supply chain coordination and supplier communications.
- Building strong relationships with international stakeholders.
- Assisting with reporting, documentation and operational administration.
- Acting as a key point of communication between UK and Italian teams.
About You
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
- Fluent Italian and English language skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confidence working across multiple departments and priorities.
- Previous experience within finance administration, invoicing, accounts payable, customer service, operations or supply chain support would be advantageous.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
