An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Financial Adviser to join a growing, forward-thinking financial planning business with offices in Taunton.
This role provides an exciting platform to deliver independent, holistic financial advice to high-net-worth and mass-affluent clients. You’ll have access to the infrastructure, support, and systems needed to focus on providing first-class client outcomes. The business has a collaborative and professional culture that values quality over quantity, allowing advisers to build meaningful client relationships, supported by dedicated paraplanning, compliance, and administration teams.
This is a growth-led position, sourcing new HNW client enquiries and utilising established introducer networks. You’ll focus on developing and managing a client bank, with full support provided at every stage of the advice process.
You’ll be joining a respected, independent firm that combines the personal feel of a regional practice with the resources and stability of a national advice network. Their approach centres on doing the right thing for clients, colleagues, and the community. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing fully independent financial advice and personalised recommendations
- Managing, developing, and retaining a portfolio of clients
- Collaborating closely with internal support teams to deliver exceptional service
- Working flexibly across home and local office environments to best meet client needs

Skills and experience required
- Diploma (Dip PFS) or equivalent Level 4 qualification (minimum)
- At least 1 year’s experience in providing financial advice
- Proven ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships
- A proactive, client-focused approach with strong communication skills
