Are you ready to elevate your career with a thriving, independent Chartered Financial Practice in Yorkshire? The team have been serving their local community for over 20 years, managing £300 million in assets. Following a recent restructuring, they are embarking on an ambitious growth strategy over the next 5 years and we want you to be part of our success story.
As a Financial Adviser you will be tasked with growing an existing client bank of HNW clients across the region of circa £15Million AUM. You will play a key role in driving the firm's growth strategy, working closely with the senior management team to onboard new clients.
Starting salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + Bonus (earn money on everything written no validation)

- Exceptional earning potential: Total compensation potential of £60,000–£70,000 per year based on targets being hit.
About the Role
- Building and nurturing client relationships through exceptional service and trust-building.
- Converting leads from professional introducers and online enquires (64% conversion rate)
- Generating referrals by networking with accountants, solicitors, and other professionals.
- Providing expert financial advice tailored to individual client needs.
- Combining new client acquisition with managing existing client portfolios.
- Receive 1-2-1 support from a qualified Paraplanner so you can fucus on budling relationship with existing and new customers
What We’re Looking For
- Proven financial advisory experience, with strong consultancy sales and relationship-building skills.
- A commitment to achieving Chartered status, Level 4 Diploma completed
- A passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes and driving new business growth.
