Join a respected, independent Chartered Financial Planning firm based in Yorkshire, managing over £300 million in assets and serving the community for over two decades.
As part of our exciting 5-year growth strategy, we’re offering a rare opportunity to take ownership of a client portfolio worth c.£15 million AUM—and the support and structure to grow it even further.
Starting salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + Bonus (earn bonus on everything written no validation)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Grow and nurture your assigned client bank through exceptional service and advice.
- Convert warm leads from introducers, professional partners, and digital channels.
- Build new connections by networking with solicitors, accountants, and other professionals.
- Deliver tailored advice across pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning.
- Manage and expand client portfolios, working closely with our paraplanning and admin teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma-qualified (minimum Level 4) Financial Adviser with proven client-facing experience.
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys growing a book and developing new business.
- Working towards Chartered status (or already qualified).
- Someone who thrives in a flexible, supportive environment.
