An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Planner to join a highly successful and growing financial services organisation with a national presence, this position will operate across the Dorset and Hampshire regions.
This is a rare opportunity to build a high-quality client bank through warm introductions, working in partnership with established local offices and their loyal client base.
The Opportunity
You will work closely with 1–3 established local offices, each with a substantial existing client base, providing a consistent flow of pre-qualified opportunities.
Your role will focus on:
- Delivering holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection and estate planning
- Building strong, long-term relationships with both introducers and clients
- Managing and developing your own client portfolio
- Providing a high-quality, face-to-face advice service
This is a relationship-led role, ideal for someone who values quality advice and long-term client outcomes.
The Role
- Home-based with travel across Dorset & Hampshire.
- Typically 3–4 days per week meeting clients and introducers
- Attending local events and community/industry shows
- Working closely with local introducers to generate ongoing opportunities
You will benefit from strong internal support, allowing you to focus on client relationships and advice delivery rather than administration.

Earnings & Benefits
- Basic salary: £50,000 – £70,000
- Realistic OTE: £130,000+
- Car allowance: £5,500
- Bonus: up to 5%

About You
We are keen to speak with Financial Planners who are:
- Fully Level 4 qualified (DipFA / DipPFS or equivalent) with CAS
- Experienced in providing regulated financial advice
- Strong relationship builders with a client-first approach
- Motivated, professional, and focused on long-term success
- Comfortable working in a field-based, face-to-face role
