A well established (40 years+) and stable building and civil engineering business is looking for an ambitious Financial Controller to join their team in Northamptonshire. This is a commercial finance role and will include exposure to both external and internal customers.

The main duties will include; · Compiling of monthly management accounts for group of companies · Complete and submit monthly VAT returns for group of companies · Line management of the Accounts Manager and accounts staff · Dealing with financial institutions · Management of Asset register · Overview of procurement ensuring alignment with company accounts · Identify and implement strategic tax efficiency to maximise available relief and investment opportunities   What's in it for you?
