Financial Controller
£70,000 – £75,000 + Benefits
A successful and growing business is seeking a Financial Controller to lead its finance function and support senior leadership with high-quality financial reporting, forecasting and commercial insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly management accounts, reporting and KPI analysis
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and cashflow planning
- Oversee audit, statutory compliance and financial controls
- Develop and lead a finance team
- Partner with operational and senior stakeholders to support decision-making
- Drive process improvement and reporting enhancements
About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial control
- Confident leading and developing finance teams
- Commercially minded with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Suitable for an experienced Financial Controller or a strong practice-trained accountant seeking their first move into industry
