IIndependent Financial Advisor (IFA)
Location: Warrington Area (Remote role with local client meetings)
Salary: £50,000 per annum plus bonuses
About the Opportunity
We're recruiting on behalf of a national Independent Financial Advisory group for an experienced Independent Financial Advisor to take over a well-established client bank from a retiring adviser in the Warrington area.
This is a servicing-focused position rather than a sales role, making it ideal for an adviser who enjoys building long-term client relationships and delivering high-quality financial planning without the pressure of generating new business.
The Role
You'll be responsible for servicing an established portfolio of existing clients, providing ongoing financial planning advice and ensuring they continue to receive an exceptional level of service.
You'll be supported by an experienced paraplanning and administration team, allowing you to focus on what you do best: advising clients.
Key Details and Benefits
Basic Salary: £50,000 per annum
Client Bank
- An established portfolio of existing clients will be provided, approximately 130 clients with £200K recurring fee income currently being generated
- The recurring income attached to the client bank exceeds the level required to achieve validation, meaning the successful adviser will be in a bonus position from day one
Performance Bonus
- Validation at three times basic salary (£150,000)
- 25% bonus on earnings above validation, so Adviser will earn approx £12,500 in bonus before writing any new business, considering the £200K recurring fee income
- Bonuses paid quarterly
Pension
- 8% non-contributory pension

About You
We're keen to speak with experienced Independent Financial Advisors who enjoy building long-term client relationships and delivering high-quality financial advice.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning as a minimum
- Have experience providing holistic independent financial advice
- Be confident managing an existing client bank
- Value long-term client relationships over business development
- Be looking for the security of an employed role with an established client bank provided
