We are now seeking an experienced and Financial Advisor to join the team and help shape the future of our firm.
Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 + bonuses & flexible working WFH
You get full Paraplanning and Admin support so you can focus on meeting clients and building relationships
As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Servicing and maintaining a dedicated client bank (approx. 150 households, circa 40M AUM).
- Conducting regular client reviews and completing annual suitability letters within two weeks of each meeting.
- Ensuring full compliance and maintaining thorough, accurate client files.
- Proactively generating new business and expanding your client base from the exiting clients
Your initial focus will be on:
- Servicing the existing client bank.
- Completing suitability letters promptly.
- Maintaining the highest compliance standards.
Candidate Profile
- We are seeking an experienced financial advisor who is:
- Skilled in holistic financial planning and client relationship management.
- Highly compliant, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive, commercially minded, and capable of developing new business.
- Confident working with well-informed clients.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: £55,000 – £65,000
Compliance bonus: £8,000 for maintaining a 95% file completion rate (reduced for lower levels).
New business bonus:
10% of first £60,000
20% of £60,000 – £90,000
30% of £90,000 – £120,000
50% of earnings above £120,000
