Financial Reporting Manager – Fixed Term Contract (6 months)
Leicester (Hybrid/Flexible) | Up to £75k | Immediate start required
We are working with a fast-growing professional services business who are looking to hire a technically strong Finance Manager to join the team on a 6-month fixed term contract basis, to provide essential cover within the Group Finance team.
This is a key role where you will take ownership of entity-level financial reporting and financial control, group consolidation, ensuring accurate and timely month-end close and high-quality reporting across multiple group entities.
What you will be doing:
- Leading month-end close for assigned entities
- Preparing P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting
- Reviewing journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Group consolidation for assigned entities
- Supporting statutory accounts and external audit requirements
- Ensuring compliance with IFRS and group accounting policies
- Managing a small team of Management Accountants
- Supporting group reporting, acquisitions and process improvements
What we are looking for:
- ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent), ideally practice trained
- Strong background in financial reporting, audit or group accounting
- Good understanding of IFRS and statutory reporting
- Experience in multi-entity or complex group environments
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
