We are working with a highly regarded, independent Chartered Financial Planning firm who are looking to appoint a Financial Services Administrator to join their friendly and growing team.

This role would suit someone with previous experience in financial planning or financial services administration, but equally, it could be an excellent entry point into the industry for a professional individual with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a desire to build a long-term career within financial services.
Full training and development will be provided, along with support towards professional qualifications.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to financial planners and paraplanners
- Managing client documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with the preparation of client meeting packs and reports
- Liaising with providers and clients to ensure smooth processing of business
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
About you:
- Experience within financial services administration or financial planning is desirable
- Alternatively, strong professional experience in an office-based environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Package:
- Salary up to £31,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
- Hybrid working – 3 days in the office / 2 days from home
- 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
