HRGO are recruiting experienced FLT Drivers to join a busy warehouse team on Wrexham Industrial Estate. You will be responsible for safe and efficient movement of goods using Reach and Counterbalance forklifts and powered pallet trucks (PPT), ensuring accuracy and maintaining high standards of health & safety.
Job Title: FLT Driver
All shifts are fixed:
- 6am-2pm
- 2pm-10pm
- 10pm-6am
- 4 on 4 off 6am-4pm
Pay: £13.20 – £14.90 per hour (dependent on skillset)
Location: Wrexham Industrial Estate
Key responsibilities
- Operate Reach and/or Counterbalance forklifts and powered pallet trucks (PPT) to load, unload and move stock
- Check in and put away goods, maintain accurate stock records, and assist with inventory counts
- Carry out daily pre-use checks and basic maintenance on equipment
- Follow warehouse procedures, health & safety and manual handling guidelines
- Assist with general warehouse duties including packing, labelling and order preparation as required
- Work to targets and support team leaders to meet operational deadlines
Essential skills and experience
- Valid Reach and/or Counterbalance FLT licence
- Proven experience operating PPT (Powered Pallet Truck)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience desirable
- Good attention to detail and basic literacy and numeracy
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
