FLT Reach Truck Driver – Northampton, Northamptonshire
People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Reach Truck Driver to join our well-established client based in Northampton, Northamptonshire.

This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as an FLT Operator, FLT Driver or Forklift Truck Operative.
Shifts
• Sunday – Thursday (can be Monday- Friday) • 07:00 – 15:00
Rates of Pay
• £14.39 – £21.59 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
As an FLT Reach Truck Driver, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Operating an FLT Reach Truck safely and efficiently • Carrying out pre-use inspections and reporting any faults • Receiving goods into the warehouse and stowing pallets • Checking quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods • Unpacking and storing incoming deliveries • Organising stock for dispatch • Moving goods around the warehouse as required • Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
Essential Skills
As an FLT Reach Truck Driver, you will need:
• Valid accredited Reach Truck licence • Proven experience operating an FLT Reach Truck • Good communication skills and ability to multi-task • Strong spatial awareness • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Good organisational skills • Reliable and self-motivated attitude • Flexibility and willingness to undertake a variety of tasks • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Desirable Experience
• Previous warehouse experience
Training Provided
• Industry-related training and ongoing support
