Position: Food Production Operatives
Location: Lodge Farm, Northampton
Pay Rate : £12.71 per hour
Shift Pattern : Monday – Thursday
Hours : 06:00 – 14:00 & 14:00 – 22:00

ACS Staffing Solutions are excited to be recruiting Food Production Operatives for our well-established client based in Lodge Farm, Northampton.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, friendly team producing high-quality bacon products from preparation through to packaging.
You’ll be working across a variety of departments including:
- Racking
- Boxing
- Raw preparation
- Slicing
- Rolling
- Hygiene
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing and handling raw pork products
- Operating production machinery used in curing, smoking, and cooking
- Ensuring products meet strict quality and food safety standards
- Packaging and labelling products ready for distribution
- Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous food production experience is beneficial but not essential
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good teamwork and communication skills
