- Handling personal administration and lifestyle management
- Supporting day-to-day business operations and project coordination
- Managing inboxes, follow-ups and key action points
- Researching suppliers, venues, services and opportunities
- Being a gatekeeper, problem-solver and trusted point of contact
- Helping ensure the Founder's time is spent where it adds the most value
About You
- Experienced and Passionate PA, EA, Founder's Assistant or Private PA
- Naturally organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable managing both personal and professional priorities
- Positive, discreet and highly trustworthy
- Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Happy working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Interest in fashion, beauty, lifestyle or creative industries would be highly advantageous
Why This Role?
This is a rare opportunity to work closely with a successful Founder and become a genuinely valued member of a growing business. You'll enjoy significant variety, exposure and responsibility, while helping shape the day-to-day success of both the Founder and the wider company.
