Robert Half
Robert Half are supporting a private equity-backed technology SME in Yate, to recruit a Management Accountant / FP&A Analyst to join at an exciting stage of growth.
This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch opportunity: ideal for someone who wants early ownership and visible impact, not a polished, process-driven finance function.
- Management Accountant / FP&A Analyst
- Yate, Bristol
- £40,000 – £50,000 + Benefits
The Role:
- Full ownership of transactional finance through to P&L, including invoicing, reconciliations, and journals

- Inventory, stock, and BOM (Bill of Materials) management
- WIP and stock valuation, including physical vs. system stock audits
- Management reporting and ad hoc analysis for senior leadership
- Balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset accounting
What We're Looking For:
- ACCA/CIMA finalist, newly qualified or QBE
- Manufacturing or engineering background strongly preferred (BOMs, stock, project costing)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, process-light environment: someone who builds structure rather than waits for it
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Confident communicating financial data to non-finance colleagues
- Experience with Xero and Microsoft Office 365 advantageous
Why Apply:
Join at the beginning of a journey. A lean, high-growth business backed by serious investment, with real scope to shape how finance operates and genuine career development on offer.
