Description
- Manage and oversee the financial planning and analysis processes to support business objectives.
- Prepare and present financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations for financial improvements.
- Support strategic decision-making through the development of financial models and scenario analyses.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies during financial reporting.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Lead and mentor a small team to ensure efficient delivery of FP&A activities.
- Continuously review and improve financial processes and systems for enhanced efficiency.
Profile
A successful FP&A Manager should have:
- A strong background in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
