Your new company A respected North West construction contractor is delivering a full internal refurbishment on a youth-focused community building in Greater Manchester. They are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the remaining 20 weeks of the programme and ensure a smooth, high-quality delivery.
Your new role As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, including: Coordinating internal trades and maintaining progress against programme Managing H&S, site documentation, inductions, and compliance Ensuring quality standards across all internal packages Liaising with visiting management and client representatives Driving the project through to completion and handover
What you'll need to succeed Strong background in internal fit-out or refurbishment Confident managing multiple trades in a live environment SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid Proactive approach to safety, quality, and programme management Ability to maintain a well-organised, professional site
