We have an exciting opportunity for a Pricing Clerk to work for a Medium sized forwarder.
Working within an established team, previous freight pricing experience required for the role. Our client has 2 roles 1 x full-time Permanent role, and a maternity leave contract.
Role Involves.
- Speaking with suppliers, airlines, Shipping line hauliers, etc, Negotiating rates, contracts
- Daily quoting one off quoted/ tenders/ RFQs for air and ocean
- Mainly for working with overseas network partner
- Working on Cargo wise will be added benefit
- Working & Building relationship with overseas Network Agent.
- build relationship & bring new business.
- Strong Negotiations skill
- Strong numeracy skill
- Pricing and spot quotes to Network Agents, UK customers an Over sear customers
- Creating tariffs and quote packs for ongoing agents & customers.
- Working with Cargo wise in all aspect of pricing
- Regular liaising with Clients (Agents) / customers and business development.
- Regular meeting with Airlines, Hauliers & Suppliers and building relationship
- Regular team meeting with work discussion and targets.
Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
Salary depends on experience.
