Company Overview:
We are working on a fantastic new opportunity with a highly successful property firm based in Central London. They are looking for a polished and personable Front of House professional to be the face of the business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area and delivering a first-class experience for clients and visitors. The role will involve meeting and greeting guests, managing meeting room bookings, handling incoming calls and correspondence, coordinating office facilities, and providing general administrative support to the wider team. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level front-of-house support, acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience at all times
- Manage the reception area and front desk operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of all visitor interactions and office arrivals
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare spaces in advance of meetings, ensuring all rooms are presented to a high standard and fully equipped
- Manage incoming calls, emails, post, and deliveries, ensuring all enquiries are handled efficiently and directed appropriately
- Assist with diary coordination and office scheduling, supporting the smooth flow of meetings, appointments, and internal bookings
- Track daily office priorities and support operational tasks to ensure the front-of-house function runs effectively and without disruption
- Liaise with internal teams, external clients, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and seamless office operations
- Maintain oversight of office presentation, ensuring reception, communal areas, and meeting spaces are consistently tidy, organised, and client-ready
- Support the coordination of office activities, events, and hospitality arrangements to enhance the overall workplace experience
- Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support to the wider team, assisting with day-to-day requirements as needed and ensuring a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years in a Front of House position
- Experience within the Property industry desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and confident manner
- Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
- Highly reliable, organised, and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail – ability to multitask effectively
