We are working with a highly prestigious luxury goods business to find an exceptional Front of House Concierge to operate within a beautifully curated Mayfair townhouse boutique office.
This is a standout opportunity for a polished, service-driven individual to deliver a five-star, members’ club-style experience to clients, guests and senior stakeholders. This role goes far beyond a traditional reception position. You will take full ownership of the front of house, creating a seamless, warm and highly personalised arrival experience, managing guest journeys, meeting room coordination and daily operations, while supporting a premium environment that includes private dining and event spaces. You will also oversee deliveries, liaise closely with internal teams and ensure the space runs effortlessly day to day.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, intuitive and solutions-focused, with the confidence to operate in a fast-paced but refined setting. A naturally warm, engaging personality is essential, with the ability to balance professionalism alongside a client led, first class service approach.
To be considered for this role you must have front of house experience in a high-end client-facing environment such as within a luxury setting, 5* boutique hotels, private members’ clubs, luxury goods, or boutique investment firms working with VIP clientele. Impeccable presentation, strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service are essential.
Based in Mayfair, working 9am–6pm (with some flexibility), 5 days in office, this role offers a highly competitive salary and the opportunity to be part of a best-in-class front of house operation, joining at an exciting time for the development of this organisation.
