What You’ll Do:

As a valued member of the teaching team, you’ll:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to Key Stage 3 & 4 learners
• Assess progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs

• Create an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment
• Support pupils of all abilities, including those with additional needs

We’d love to hear from teachers who:

• Hold QTS (or equivalent) – or are working towards it
• Have experience teaching Key Stage 3 and/or 4
• Are enthusiastic, approachable, and committed to helping pupils succeed
• Can motivate and support students from all backgrounds
• Value creating a safe and inspiring learning environment

Requirements:

To work in this role, you’ll need:

• QTS (or equivalent)
• EWC Registration (Teacher category)
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Two recent references from education settings
