What you’ll be doing as General Manager:
You will have full P&L responsibility for a substantial business unit based in Kendal, with accountability for commercial performance, customer retention, profitability and long-term growth.
You will lead an experienced management team, work closely with key customers and play a visible role in developing both the business and its people.
What we’re looking for in a General Manager:
You may currently be a:
- Regional Director
- Business Unit Leader
- Operations Director
- Commercially focused Regional Manager
You'll be able to demonstrate:
- Full or significant P&L accountability
- Experience growing and retaining customer relationships
- Confidence leading commercial discussions, including pricing and service reviews
- A track record of improving profitability and business performance
- Experience leading managers and developing high-performing teams
- Strong commercial judgement combined with visible leadership
Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships and delivering results through both customers and people.
